What Happens On A Site Visit
We measure the floor rather than estimate it.
We take a relative humidity reading inside the slab, which takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
We look at the cracks, the drainage and any old coating or sealer that is on there.
The specification and the price come back to you in writing, generally before the day is out.
Photos Help
If you send a photo of the floor before we come out, we can often tell you what you are dealing with straight away. A wide shot of the whole floor and a close-up of the worst area is the useful combination.
That matters most on a floor that is already failing, where the pattern of the damage tells us why it failed.
Hours And Coverage
Our week runs Monday through Saturday, 7:00am until 6:00pm.
We cover Sarnia, Point Edward, Bright's Grove, Corunna, Mooretown, Brigden, Courtright, Petrolia, Wyoming, Camlachie and Forest. If you are not sure whether that includes you, call and ask.
