Polyaspartic is a resin that keeps hardening in cold that shuts epoxy down, reaches service strength in hours rather than days, and holds its colour under ultraviolet light. It is our standard top coat in Sarnia, and on some floors we build the whole system from it, because a slab in an unheated garage here sits below epoxy's working range for half the year.
Epoxy needs the concrete above roughly ten degrees. Under that it turns sluggish and can quit hardening altogether, and what you are left with never reaches full strength.

Most of what we install is a hybrid for exactly these reasons: an epoxy body doing the heavy lifting, a polyaspartic top coat doing the surviving.
A polyaspartic top coat is normally walkable within a day and ready for vehicles in a few.
