A garage floor coating shuts the concrete off from road salt, brine and meltwater. Letting those in is what finishes most garage floors in this city. Polyaspartic is a resin that keeps hardening in cold that shuts epoxy down, reaches service strength in hours rather than days, and holds its colour under ultraviolet light.
